How do I start using the app?

Your employer adds you to the system with your phone number. Download “4DSite” from the App Store or Google Play, enter your phone number and the SMS code you receive.

I don't receive the SMS code

Check that the number is correct and that your employer has added you to the system. If the code still doesn't arrive, contact your manager or us.

Why does the app ask for my location?

Location is recorded only at the moment you tap “Start”, “Switch”, “Break” or “Finish”, to confirm the work site. The app does not track your location in the background. See the privacy policy.

How do I fix an incorrect time entry?

Open the entry in the app and request a correction — your manager approves it.

How do I delete my account and data?

Ask your employer or write to info@4dsite.lv. Some data (e.g. working time records) must be kept by the employer for the period required by law.
